• Exceptional customer service skills where it relates to sales over the phone or in person.
• Cash register experience; correctly balancing daily and preparing the deposit.
• Knowledge of seafood is a plus.
• Maintaining and cleaning the shop by sweeping, moping, washing pans and equipment.
• Knife skills for filleting and trimming fish a plus.
• Able to keep up with fast pace of business.
• Saturday hours a must.
• Must be willing to try products.
• Be able to confidently run the business  from all aspects when owner is out.
