Well, I believe I'm catching on???
Scallop and Snow Crab Clusters are going the roof! If the prices don't drop anytime soon, I may have to wait things out? Dry Pack Scallops went up again today however, I worked out a deal to keep the price low, at least for this week. As for the Snow Crab Clusters, that's another wait, and see? I will not order products just because the someone knows there's a market for it. I have spent too many years in the food service industry, and I'm not one to challenged when it comes to pricing!
